Kevin Farrow


Kevin is a professionally qualified and experienced Coach, Management, Leadership and Soft Skills Trainer, having been involved in training since 1983, during which time he has been actively involved in the identification of training needs and the subsequent design, delivery and evaluation of training interventions that ensure the identified training needs are met.

Kevin’s practical experience has been gained from working in Private Sector as a Human Resource & Development Consultant, the Royal Air Force (commissioned & non-commissioned service) and the Civil Service (Ministry of Defence management trainer & technical instructor), he also holds Chartered Membership of CIPD and is also a Certified Trainer with the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Chartered Management Institute and BTec, further qualifications include a Diploma & Certificate in Training & Development from Wolverhampton University.

Kevin considers facilitating people’s learning to be a vocation rather than a profession and enjoys facilitating learning in both the workplace and in his spare time with the Air Training Corps (ATC). He has delivered training events internationally in places as diverse as Cyprus, Germany and all over the UK including the Shetland Islands.

When he is not engaged in the above activities, Kevin enjoys running 2238 Warminster Squadron ATC, adventurous training (mountain climbing & canoeing), walking the South West Coastal Path and camping holidays with his family
